Common questions

How do I reset my password?+

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email you used to sign up. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Bubbas subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store checkout at launch. On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Bubbas, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise.

Can I get a refund?+

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help identifying the charge, email support@teambubbas.com.

How do I delete my account?+

Open Bubbas, go to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm deletion. You can also request deletion without the app at teambubbas.com/account-deletion or by emailing support@teambubbas.com from the email address on your account.

Where is Bubbas available?+

Bubbas is iOS only (iPhone). Android is coming soon. The App Store listing shows the currently supported regions for iOS.

I found a bug. How do I report it?+

Email support@teambubbas.com with a description of what happened, what you expected, and your device model, OS version, and app version. Screenshots or screen recordings help us fix things faster.

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on weekdays. If your question is about billing or account access, include the email address you used to sign up.
