Common questions

How do I reset my password?+

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email you used to sign up. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Bubbas subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Bubbas, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?+

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Bubbas charge, and request a refund. If you need help, email us at support@teambubbas.com.

How do I delete my account?+

Open the Bubbas app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your data. If you cannot access the app, email support@teambubbas.com and we will process the deletion for you.

Is Bubbas available on Android?+

Bubbas is currently iOS only. We are considering Android support based on demand. Email us at support@teambubbas.com to let us know you are interested.

I found a bug. How do I report it?+

Email support@teambubbas.com with a description of what happened, what you expected, and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings help us fix things faster.

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on weekdays. If your question is about billing or account access, include the email address you used to sign up.
